Planned:
- 75% of the lifecycle costs of a building are incurred after the tenant fit out and occupation
- Through our involvement with large scale fit out projects we are able to build key relationships with tenants and trade contractors alike and as a result can offer significant cost reductions in respect to the overall maintenance of the building fabric.
- We endeavour to work very closely with our clients to understand their requirements and tailor a package to suit their individual needs.

- Due to our very close working relationship with our clients we can assure them of our capability to provide 24 hour / 7 days a week reactive service.
