Planning Process

At the planning stage we are happy to provide detailed cost plans, budgets, quotations etc. based on £/sq.ft, specifications, drawings and bills of quantities.  We can offer technical advice on specialist products etc. where required.

Pre-commencement

Prior to commencement on site we will prepare a detailed Health and Safety Plan, carry out Pre-inspections; hold pre-start meetings involving our relevant personnel; and plan, programme and resource our works.

Project Co-ordination

We provide expert supervision and skilled labour to implement our works throughout the construction phase, working hard to maintain a positive and cooperative dialogue with our clients and other trades at all times.
